IT Focus has appointed Rhys Morgan as their newest sales team leader.

Speaking of the appointment, IT Focus managing director James Abbott says, “Rhys has been an excellent performer ever since he joined us. We had several strong candidates for the role, and it was a tough decision, but we are very happy with the choice we made.”

Team leaders, who manage up to ten agents at a time, are expected to set an example with their attitude and also with their own individual sales results.

“Our team leaders are expected not just to manage their teams, but to continue being some of our best agents,” James explains. “They need to manage their time so that they can keep the team happy and still hit their targets.”

“Rhys has been doing fantastically well at this since his appointment. He’s spending time with his team, taking on tasks, and keeping his own campaigns in great shape.”

Rhys started with IT Focus as a sales agent in 2010. After a brief hiatus he returned to the company in April last year.

“I’m very glad to be back, and it’s great to be working with such a great group of people again,” remarked Rhys. “Being made team leader is an honour and I’m very proud to have been appointed.

“I’ll be leading a very strong team, so my role will really be to keep everyone focused and having the same buzz as I do every day. They know that I’m always there for them if there is a problem, but I’m very lucky that they are all capable enough to manage themselves very well most of the time.”
