We initially approached IT Focus in 2008 when we were trading as Maconomy, which was our core ERP solution. Over the years we have evolved into more of a full solutions provider with many more products under our belt – and in this time IT Focus have been one of our core marketing assets.
We have run several different types of campaigns with IT Focus, ranging from data profiling for our sales teams through to high level appointment setting. One of the biggest benefits we have found with Focus is their flexibility within campaigns. They can scale up and scale down on very short notice, and have managed every campaign type we have thrown at them. What would often cause another company to pause is just taken in stride by IT Focus.
Another huge benefit is the wealth of knowledge and advice that James and his team bring to the table. On numerous occasions we have changed marketing strategies off the back of talking to Focus They make it their job to keep an ear to the ground and as it is their core business they know what will and won’t work when it comes to making those important calls.
We have always put great importance in communication at Deltek and our relationship with IT Focus is no exception. On their advice, we have regular weekly, catch up calls and we know that we can pick up the phone and be able to talk directly to James or the other managers there if there is ever anything we need. Equally Jade, our agent, who has been with us from the beginning is in regular contact and has evolved with Deltek so has a wonderfully in depth knowledge of our business, and the passion she shows representing us is often what sways prospects on the phone.
We definitely feel that we made the right choice in working with IT Focus, and wouldn’t even contemplate using another agency now as the way they have amalgamated perfectly into one of our most important marketing assets would be impossible to replicate.
