As a relative cynic with regards to telemarketing agencies, it is refreshing to find one that meets expectations and takes a genuine pride in their work.
I have been working with IT Focus for over 6 months on a wide variety of campaigns, and it has been an unexpected, but welcome change to find the same person working on our account since day one.
To me the key differentiators of IT Focus are:
- The regular contact, not only with our account manager but also the telemarketer themselves
- The professionalism and maturity of the telemarketers
- The flexibility that they offer whilst maintaining the consistency of the same telemarketer(s) on each campaign
- The pride they take in the campaigns and the genuine focus on achieving the results for the client
In the most recent campaign they have executed for us they have managed the telemarketing element from end to end, demonstrating their abilities to excel in all areas. They have taken the campaign from the initial stages of event recruitment (whereby they significantly exceeded our expectations in terms of total numbers recruited, % turnout rates, and quality of delegates), to follow up calling to further progress and nurture opportunities for our sales team. In the short time that we've been working with IT Focus we've been really impressed with not only the results that they have achieved but also their understanding of the technology that underpins our offer. From day one they have been transparent in all their dealings with us, even to the point that they have resisted pressure from us to start the campaign quickly until they felt that they could provide us with the correct sales agent. In fact, our relationship has now reached the stage that we have started to recommend their services to our distributors and vendor partners.

Edgeworks started working with IT Focus in Q4 2006 and will continue to do so during 2007/8. We've been working with IT Focus for six months and we’re delighted with their service. From the initial contact to their day-to-day account management, we have been impressed by their approach to doing business. We receive a lot of calls from agencies pitching for business but right from the start, we liked IT Focus’ "non-pushy / non-aggressive approach".
